On some of our web pages we provide forms that let you voluntarily submit personal information (such as e-mail address or name). In those cases, all submitted information is used only for the expressed purposes for which it is intended and is not made available to any third party.

For all transactions using credit cards, our site uses Secured Socket Layers for transmitting your data via the internet.

Refund Policy

If a person is unable to attend a meeting or event that has been paid for, a refund may be given. The Professional Women's Council must be notified 24 hours before the meeting or event is scheduled to begin in order for a refund to be given.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are required 24 hours in advance of the meeting/event. Refunds may be given if cancelled more than 24 hours before meeting time. Notification of cancellation and request for refund must be done in writing by emailing us at pwcmeetings@yahoo.com. Please put the word cancellation in the subject line. A $3.00 service charge will be assessed for any cancellation paid by credit card.
