Tidbits Restaurants, Inc.

Tidbits Restaurant was established in 1985 by husband and wife team, Clara and Greg Leblanc.  Both the catering facility and the restaurant are located on Hendricks Avenue on the South bank of downtown.  Tidbits serves lunch in the dining room Monday through Friday from 11am to 2:30pm and specializes in catered functions for groups ranging from five to five thousand. Our goal is simple: to provide the freshest food in an enjoyable, relaxing atmosphere with friendly customer service.

Aletta was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama and relocated to Jacksonville in 1998.  She attended John S. Shaw High School and the University of South Alabama. She has worked in restaurant operations for over eighteen years in several states. She has held positions such as kitchen manager, general manager, sales and marketing, and has opened thirty six restaurants in new store development with three different restaurant chains. 

 Aletta joined the Tidbits team in 2007 as Marketing Director and has worked side by side with Clara and Greg on expanding their business. Tidbits recently added Clara’s signature potato salad and chicken salad sandwiches to retail locations throughout the city.  Tidbits have a fleet of nine vans that cater to hundreds of businesses weekly in the Jacksonville area.  We really mean it when we say “We love our customers”!
