JA Girl$

Elizabeth Paulson is the JA Girl$ Program Manager for Junior Achievement of North Florida. JA has been around since 1919 teaching young people about the global economy. JA Girl$ teaches girls about money, careers and how to start a business. JA Girl$ volunteers are trained in gender-specific strategies and JA curriculum. JA Girl$ is a recipient of the International Met Life Entrepreneurial Award. The initiative is being replicated in Ireland, China, England and the United States.

 

Elizabeth moved to Jacksonville in 1999 from Minnesota. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Women Studies and is working on her MBA. Her passion is to inspire change and empower girls.
